Saudi Theme Buffet with Chef Ali

For two evenings this National Day, Luki Luma welcomes Saudi Chef Ali Abdullah Alali for a celebration of the Kingdom’s culinary heritage. Drawing on more than two decades of experience, Chef Ali presents a buffet inspired by flavours from across Saudi Arabia, from Hasawi Kabsa and Najdi Jareesh to Chicken Saleeg and traditional Lamb Maktoum, followed by much-loved Saudi sweets. A generous taste of the Kingdom, prepared and shared by the Red Sea.

As the day softens into evening, gather at the Saudi Heritage Tent to the sound of a live Saudi band or, for female guests, find a quieter moment at Laha Beach Ladies a private woman-only retreat on the sand. Across both settings, Saudi coffee, sweets and dates set the tone for the evening, while at Laha, a reflective journaling session offers an invitation to pause, reconnect and take in the gentle rhythm of the Red Sea.

Mark the occasion with wellness inspired by the land.
