Turtle Bay Resort offers a limited number of accessible rooms thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and convenience for guests with mobility needs. These rooms are available upon request and include features such as:

- Roll-in showers
- Grab rails in bathrooms
- Wider door frames and circulation space
- Interconnecting room options for families or caregivers

Rates & Taxes
All room rates, charges, and fees are quoted in Saudi Arabian Riyals (SAR) and are subject to:
- 5% Municipality Tax (MT)
- 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) VAT is applied to both the room rate and MT.

Early Arrivals & Late Departures
- To ensure immediate access for early arrivals, we recommend booking the room for the night prior.
- For late departures, booking an additional night guarantees extended use. Alternatively, we offer luggage storage and changing-room access.
Additional Guests & Children Policy
Accommodation
- One child below the age of six can stay in their parent’s room. Children aged twelve years and over will be charged SAR 150 per night, plus VMT and MT. The maximum capacity of each room is two adults and one child. Connecting rooms are available for larger families and older children.
Children's meal plan
- Under 6 years: Complimentary when dining with an adult.
- Ages 6–12: 50% off adult menu pricing; standard pricing on children’s menu.
- 12 years and above: Full food and beverage charge applies.
Cancellation Policy
- All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid payment link.
- Cancellations or modifications must be made by 6:00 PM KSA time, at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full cost of the stay, including taxes.
Reservation Guarantee
- Full prepayment (including VAT and MT) will be charged to your payment link 72 hours prior to arrival, or on the spot if booked later.
- Guarantee policy may vary by season or promotional rate.
