Turtle Bay Resort is located 500 kilometers north of Jeddah, between the towns of Umluj and Al Wajh. Turtle Bay Resort is located 19 kilometers from Red Sea International (RSI) airport, around 25 minutes by car. If you prefer to drive, the hotel is around 500 kilometers north of Jeddah, and 375 kilometers northwest of Madinah. Guests arriving at RSI can arrange transfers by sending an email to reservations@redseaglobalhospitality.com
Yes, parking is available at Turtle Bay Resort for registered guests. Parking is complimentary, but spaces and access should be reserved in advance by emailing reservations@redseaglobalhospitality.com
Saudia flies to Red Sea International (RSI) four times a week from King Khalid International Airport (RUH) in Riyadh and twice a week from King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED) in Jeddah. FlyDubai flies to RSI twice a week from Dubai International Airport (DXB).
RSI welcomes private jets. It is recommended to coordinate in advance with your private airline or the hotel team to arrange landing and transfer details.
Arabic is the official language of Saudi Arabia, but English is widely spoken by team members and used in signage and menus. Many of our staff also speak other languages.
Turtle Bay Resort does not accommodate pets.

Yes, one child below the age of six can stay in their parents' room. Children aged twelve years and over will be charged SAR 150 per night, plus plus VAT and MT. The maximum capacity of each room is two adults and one child. Connecting rooms are available for larger families and older children.
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival will not be charged. Any cancellation received later than this will incur a one-night charge for flexible rates, and a full-stay charge for non-refundable rates.

Yes, Turtle Bay Resort offers two accessible rooms with features including roll-in shower, fold-down shower seat, raised toilet with support rail, lowered sink and vanity for wheelchair access, support bars, non-slip bathroom flooring, wide doorways for wheelchair manoeuvrability, lowered light switches and power outlets, and visual and audible fire alarms.
Yes, Turtle Bay Resort is very welcoming to families, with a wide range of land and sea activities suitable for guests of all ages, and extensive Kids' Club facilities. In addition, cribs, highchairs and a wide range of amenities are available to families travelling with children.
All guest rooms and balconies at Turtle Bay Resort are no-smoking. Guests who smoke in their rooms may be charged up to SAR 500 for cleaning and deodorizing. There are designated smoking areas around the resort, including the Juice Bar and some restaurant terrace areas.
Room service is not currently available, but light food items, sandwiches, pastries and drinks are available 24-hours from our H2GO café in the lobby.
Yes, there is a mosque located a ten‑minute walk from the hotel. Guests can also request a buggy transfer. We also have male and female prayer rooms available.
Turtle Bay enjoys year-round sunshine and a dry desert climate. Temperatures are warm to hot for most of the year, with distinct seasonal variations. In winter, from November to February, days are mild to warm with temperatures typically ranging from 28°C to 35°C. Evenings can be cool, with lows between 11°C and 21°C. In spring, from March to April, the heat begins to rise, with daytime highs reaching 34°C to 40°C and nighttime temperatures staying between 15°C and 22°C. Summer, from May to September, is the hottest time of year, with daytime highs soaring to over 40°C, often peaking around 44°C in July and August. Nighttime temperatures remain warm, staying between 23°C and 31°C. And in autumn, in October, the heat begins to ease, with highs between 36°C and 39°C and lows around 22°C to 26°C.
The sea around Turtle Bay remains warm throughout the year, making ideal for swimming and water activities. Expect sea temperatures to range from 24°C in winter to around 31°C in the peak summer months.
